my problem is that whenever i try to listen some 705kbps/1411kbps samples they won't play or i have to try like 30 times to listen the sample... in winamp/wmp, some samples work just fine but others doesnt, it's very annoying, in WMP it says that a codec is missing but it doesnt know what codec, im wondering why does it say that because when i play these files it only needs PCM/WAVE codec inbuilt in windows...
just in case i installed the klite codec pack with like 617861 codecs but it wasn´t any help

i'm using kXproject drivers with Creative SoundBlaster Live 5.1 and im positive that my computer can handle these samples (3,3ghz C2D, 2gb of ram)

sometimes winamp wont read files less than a second long. try a audio editor like audacity perhaps ?
